We used CMI plumbing and heating for a new build property. When requested a quotation it was delivered speedily and listed exactly what we asked for.
They did the full plumbing and heating works from the outset to completion and it was performed to a high standard and fully compliant.

We had a boiler replaced, new heating pump, power flush and two new radiators installed. We then had our downstairs toilet refurbished. The work that Colm performed is first class. He was very thorough when quoting then carried this through to explaining all steps along the way. His quality of work is very high and he cleaned up as he went. His customer service is also excellent even going so far as home phoning us from his holidays to check in and see if everything was ok with the heating.
I'm very impressed so would strongly recommend CMI Plumbing and would definitely use them again if needed.

This is the second time I have used this Company. In Jan 2018 had two radiators re-sited and a new boiler fitted. Colm arrives at the scheduled time, works constantly with very little break. His work is neat and professional and he tidies up when finished. It is a pleasure to have him in the house. This company have a slick team arrangement and all the tradesmen knew when their part of the job was happening. I was kept in the loop about every stage and the guys were punctual, polite, hardworking and cleared up brilliantly after each stage. The double job was completed in 5 days and they were able to think outside the box in order to overcome certain difficulties of dealing with a 1930s house! I would thoroughly recommend this company and also believe the pricing to be very competitive

Having a fairly small bathroom, CMI Plumbing recommended best use of space, taking our ideas on board and creating what feels like a larger bathroom. Colm and his colleagues ensured that the hallway and stairs were tidied and cleaned each evening throughout the week of work as equipment was carried, cut and fitted, making minimal impact to our day to day lives. The finish is excellent and, 3 months later, we have experienced no issues with the plumbing or design. We're delighted to finally have a bathroom we are proud of!
